Hollywood Undead: Hollywood Undead is a rapcore/crunkcore band from Los Angeles, shaking up the rock scene with heavy party songs with a bit of an edge. The six man rap group has a tenacious stage presence, characterized by each member's unique, hockey-style mask worn on tour dates. While it's a concept pioneered by bands like GWAR and KISS, Hollywood Undead doesn't conform to any music scene, with songs switching from rap, to slow piano licks, to metal; sometimes all within the same song. With their second album American Tragedy released on April 5 2011, Hollywood Undead is headlining the Revolt Tour with a number of concert dates in April and May of 2011.

Hollywood Undead began from a song called "The Kids" that member J-Dog and former member Deuce posted to the band's MySpace page. The song was so popular that the two decided to form a band with their friends who have now become known as Charlie Scene, Da Kurlzz, Danny, Funny Man, J-Dog, and Johnny 3 Tears. They compiled songs for their first album Swan Song, but had trouble finding a record label that wouldn't censor the album. They finally signed with A&M/Octone Records that released the album in 2008. The album sold 21,000 copies in its first week and produced the single "Everywhere I Go".

While working on their follow-up album, American Tragedy, lead singer Deuce was voted out of the band citing "musical differences"; although rumors have spread over the true cause. To replace the lead singer, the ensemble has snatched singer and American Idol contestant Daniel Murillo from rock band Lorene Drive. Since Deuce's removal from the band, Hollywood Undead has been working on their latest album and promoting it on a number of tour dates. While the songs on the album still have Hollywood Undead's unmistakeable head-bumping style, they deal with more serious and dire themes.

Songs from Hollywood Undead's album can also be seen headlining concert dates in 2011 on the Revolt Tour with bands 10 Years, Drive A, and New Medicine. The first tour date is March 26 at the Extreme Thing Sports & Music Festival in Las Vegas, right before Hollywood Undead takes the 2011 concert dates up to Canada. The last concert date of the Revolt Tour will be in St. Paul, MN on May 28 before heading to Germany for Rock Im Park and Rock Am Park, and to the UK for the Download Festival. With Hollywood Undead at the hottest they've ever been, fans will have plenty of opportunities to pick up American Tragedy and catch a local tour date this spring.

Five Finger Death Punch: With gritty, gravely sounding guitar riffs and alternating clean / unclean vocals, Five Finger Death Punch is adding just the best elements of hardcore to their brutal metal sound. With two gold albums and five years of tour dates under their belt, Five Finger Death Punch is becoming one of the leading bands in the somewhat declining heavy metal scene. The band's combination of head banging riffs with classic metal ballads has become a bastion in a world dominated by countless indie bands and DJs. Fans can witness Five Finger Death Punch for themselves as they headline 2011 tour dates on the Share the Welt Tour this fall.

After rock band U.P.O. broke up in 2004, bassist Zoltan Bathory switched to guitar and formed Five Finger Death Punch with drummer Jeremy Spencer. In 2007, they released their debut album, The Way of the Fist, which was well received and even climbed up the Billboard 200. Immediately after, they played their first tour dates on the Family Values Tour and have remained friends with Korn to this day. Five Finger Death Punch's next album, War Is the Answer, shot up the Billboard charts 100 spots from their previous album and received great reviews from sources like allmusic.com and Kerrang!. The album greatly increased the band's following and has set the stage for a successful career.

As fans wait for the release of American Capitalist in October, they can catch Five Finger Death Punch on a number of tour dates in 2011. After a number of performances at various US tours in August and September, the boys will kick off their Share the Welt Tour 2011 on October 15. The tour will feature special guests All That Remains, Hatebreed, and Rev Theory and will conclude on October 29. Five Finger Death Punch's 2011 tour dates end on November 2, so buy your tickets soon.

Judas Priest: A driving, pounding musical style, studded leather clothes, and twin lead guitars have earned English heavy metal band Judas Priest the title of "Metal Gods." As pioneers of metal throughout the 80s, Judas Priest has released five platinum albums and performed brutal, sold-out tour dates around the world. While the band continues to record, they are currently finishing up 2011 tour dates on their farewell, Epitaph World Tour, leaving fans precious little time to catch Judas Priest's final international concerts.

Originally a blues band, Judas Priest gained popularity in its early days for pounding live performances. The band achieved fame with the release of Screaming for Vengeance, which featured the hit single, "You've Got Another Thing Comin'." This was followed by the hit albums Defenders of the Faith and Turbo, as well as an acclaimed tour date at Live Aid. Judas Priest continued to release applauded albums up through their most recent record, Nostradamus. The concept album has been praised by fans and features a much larger, symphonic sound that shows that Judas Priest is still innovating.

Even though the ongoing Epitaph World Tour may be their last, Judas Priest is ensuring that these 2011 tour dates will live in the minds of their fans for a lifetime. As of mid-July, Judas Priest is traveling through the UK, Spain, and Germany. On September 10, they will begin their South American/Mexican tour dates before heading to the US on October 12. Judas Priest's final tour date of 2011 will be on December 3, leaving US residents plenty of time to buy tickets.

In This Moment: The Southern California based quintet quickly became one of the most talked about artists within the local scene due to the intensity of frontwoman Maria Brink and an undying work ethic. This buzz carried over to the band’s MySpace page resulting in over 121,000 friends and over 1,100,000 plays.

The group’s songwriting blends together a propulsive mixture of metal and hard rock elements that will quickly help them carve out their own unique niche within the scene. The diversity and depth of their songwriting is refreshing and their musical prowess is simply undeniable.
